Ever Bought A House or Planning to Buy One?
Journey to Owning My First House
Have you thought of owning a house when you were in the mid twenties, right after you have graduated from college or university? As for me, I have been dreaming of having one when I finished my high school study. However, dream still remains as dream as a dream as the price of a house is always way too much for me to look at as compare to my little income that I earn when I was a bank clerk.
Deep in my heart, I was wondering how can I manage to own my first unit and I keep telling me myself that the only way is to continue my study overseas and I couldn’t manage to enter into local universities due to quotas and other hidden factors. This is because I know for sure that after getting a degree, the take home amount is almost two to three times the amount that I am getting as a clerk. As I have no support from other means so I have to figure out a way where I could optimize my attempts to accomplish the goal. I.e. work and save and plan to continue study after three or four years.

A Sunny and Windy Day
It’s Thursday morning, there is no class as I declared it a Holiday. After all, it is a school midterm holiday. Why have to drill your primary school kids to such an extent that they don’t even have their own rooms?
I remember when I was at their age, I really don’t have many activities like what they have now but I did have a lot of fun that these days kids could not enjoy.
I went for basketball playing in the evening, swimming in the nearby river in the dark after we were done, without fear of croc or any other water creatures. Tracking into the woods and searching for unknown mystery, without the fear of getting loss. Life was amazing then!
Nowadays, kids in cities are caught up with things that they don’t even enjoy a lot as they under peer pressure or parental pressure or may be societal pressures. They are being trap into it. By the time they realized, may be it could be too late, as time will not come twice in life.
So, do what you would like to do and enjoy you stay in this planet while you can and don’t get trap down by the so called trends, or styles. You may chase for an unknown which you belief that is a known. This is could be an ultimate tragedy in life.
So, young folks, walk up and stay tune and live your life fruitfully.

Early Retirement/Semi-Retirement – Planning is Essential.
Starting from mid 2007, I have been exposing myself into internet stuff, particularly in social networking communities through a distance friend though I have been using internet facilities since 2002.
Owing to my tight schedule, I never have much time left for IT stuff till I gone semi retirement in the early mids. Early retirement is always a dream to me but semi retirement is something that is a reality as I am living it now.
When people are still having a rat race, I am out of the chase right now not because I have make tons of fortune in the corporate but because my mindset have change lately.
Money can buy you a good bed but not a sound sleep though,
Money can get you good food but not a good health too.
So, at the end of the day, what are you chasing after in your life, good stuff, good health, good fortune,,,, NOW, what is your definition of GOOD?
Hence, a change of mindset is pretty essential to see a change in the directions of your doings.
Right now, I spend quite a bit of time in managing a tuition school and at the same time surfing on the internet to figure out ways to gain some extra pipelines.
You may ask me how much have I found and I would like to sincerely tell you that I got none though there seem to be lot are going.
Social Networking Communities, PTCs, HYIP and online trading, just to name a few, are some of the areas that I have been expose to over the past two years plus and the result is highly amazing….i.e.NOT MUCH!
So, some might ask me why I still hang around, the only answer that I can give is that I am interest in this and besides, I on semi retirement already, at the mids…

Out of Job?
I was wondering how many of you are out of job due to current global economic melt down as led by US sub prime mortgage crisis?
Just to console you a bit, don't worry too much as I know a guy who has his cheese being removed in mid 2003 and still moving on pretty strongly and now are running his own empire.
So, friends, don't get over sorrow with the fact that you got yourself a pink form as this is not the end of the world.
Although it is painful to have such a shitting experience in life, life should not just stop there, always feel that this cold be a chance for you to reposition yourself differently in this complex environment and give yourself a chance of fresh start.
Age should not be an excusing factor but it is your heart that matter. Sit back and relax a bit and figure out what have you left out in life because you have been working like a bull over these years, it is time to recoup some of the losses and joy again.
If you need to shout, just shout loudly, If you need to cry, just cry freely. After the catastrophe, you will feel better!
So, friends, even MBA is out of job and continue to develop a solid progress, I think you can also do it as well!

It’s Saturday again, my class will start in 10 minutes and hence I am doing some writing here. Over the past years, I have been busy doing all sort of staff and testing out my limits. Now, I am back here in front of the computer and start doing some typing.
I like maths and finance, particularly in annuity and retirement planning staff and I do a lot reading and couching on these fields.

Where do I go from here?
Where do I go from here?
Have you ever asked this question to yourself? Or have you heard anyone who asked this question or you already know where you are heading already!
This question pops up in my mind six years ago when I lost my full time job and ever since I have been trying to get back to the old track as my head keeps telling to do so as I have been doing it for the past almost 7 seven years after I finish my graduate study in USA.
However, things doesn’t seem to come in the right way though I have been putting in a lot of effort to try to clear out the mess though the mess was not my fault in the first place. I should have blamed the HR guy for misleading the whole scenario and I also blame on my self in taking his instruction so seriously. I should have given it second or third thoughts before I decide. May be I respect that fellow too much and hence I almost lost my dignity.
I thought of getting back to the tack but I failed one after another and to my surprise, I was not know why and was just told to quit as I am not fit for the job. This sounds like a bunch of shit as I am a normal person. I felt so hatred as I lost my direction.
What the H/F in this world that your life just get screwed every now and then. Slowly, I learn to withdraw and I am not going to face all this kind of stupid pursues.
It’s almost seven years now and I still have not fully given up my hatred as the opportunity cost is damned high to ignore. I was asking to myself why I am being treated that way and there is no answer to me t all and my life goes on.
Not going for a much better nor going for brutal worse but I have been stagnating for the past 6 years.
So, I am asking now what should I do for now and where should I head from here? Time is running out as I am no longer twenties neither am I thirties, I almost past the line to fall into the other category where people are looking up for the sexy, maturity and security.
Life seems to be a continuous searching journey until the end of the day.
